This house was built on an infill lot. Solano Homes split the lot into two and simultaneously built a house and a duplex next door. The 3-bedroom home was designed to overcome the specific challenges of the site – garage in front to buffer against a busier street with an interior courtyard providing private outdoor space despite the narrow lot. High ceilings, huge windows and a floating set of stairs leads to a dramatic but functional interior.
