Architectural Style: Efficient, design-centric units

This 24-unit multifamily project was designed, entitled and built by Solano Homes for investors. The project was specifically designed to maximize the unit count allowed under the current zoning rules while leveraging the ability to walk to downtown. An interior courtyard provides light to two sides of every unit, while shed roofs enabled Solano to build vaulted ceilings on the top floor units. All units have in-unit washers and dryers, fiber-optic internet access, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.
